ISO near east side parking

Hi folks,
I find myself with three cars and only two spots to park them.
The one that's currently parked on the street I plan to do some
work on and then sell, but that won't be wrapped up for a few
months. If anybody has a spot they're willing to rent out to me on
a month-to-month basis please let me know. A lot of listings seem
to be year-long fixed agreements which is hopefully more time than
I need. A detached garage or just an uncovered spot would be nice
so I can come and go without much disruption, and the closer to
the isthmus/Sector the better.

Wouldn't you know it, I just made a sweet deal with the Wil Mar
Neighborhood Center so everything should have a home now. I am
still in the market for a garage spot in town though since the one
I rent now has a leaky roof. In this case I'd be looking for a
more long term arrangement.
