Content and Programs Lead
Salary: $20 to $25 per hour full-timeWhile our roots are in robotics, we are branching out to other areas of comp sci, science and engineering, and are looking for a new team member who will develop our content and lead our programs.
At BadgerBOTS, we build relationships while developing and creating inspirational STEM experiences for kids of all ages.

To provide high-quality tech opportunities using open-ended challenges in a collaborative and creative environment. For more than nine years, BadgerBOTS has delivered our programs throughout Wisconsin to more than 20,000 youth with the help of over 1,000 volunteers.

Overview:
This person would be responsible for: evaluating our existing programs, developing custom content, planning our programs, and managing instructors.
Duties:
Content:
Design, prepare and maintain content for current and future programs for all ages
Ensure all the programs rely on: open-ended exploration, problem-solving, team collaboration, and critical thinking.
Plan quarterly and yearly activities for all ages
Develop assessment criteria for programs
Administrative:
Supervise a team of instructors
Manage budget for educational programs
Establish a fun learning environment
Maintain a positive attitude and enthusiasm for all our programs
Other:
Travel when necessary
Answer phone calls
Open/Close building when needed
Ensure participant safety in the building
Any other duties as assigned
