Hand Held Scanners

My esteemed and talented listmates,

I've borrowed a friends's                   Creaility CR-Scan Ferret Pro 3D Scanner to scan a small, plastic object to then save as an. stl., .obj or 3mf to then print with our 3D printer.

Have others used this 3D handheld scanner or other hand held scanners which have scanned well?

It's only $450 so I wondered if others have enjoyed success with more expensive hand-held scanners?

Have you tried scanning any sculptures or wood carved art work?

This object is just a small bee pollinator.

The bed scanners seem really pricey.
