Anyone use Whisper voice to text dictation?

Any forums to find help with this?

I've read a ton of reddit posts and they're for those with advanced
python skills.

YT videos skip steps and use older Whisper versions.

I need an offline voice to text like DNS and Whisper seems to work for
others but I lack the secret decoder kit for that. :)

Screenshots work well for most but challenging to find.
