My talented listmates,

Any Bambu Labs forum subscribers on this list?

I subscored about 9 months ago and got messages but now when I try to log in I get the username and password and click that and it prompts me for a Verification Code which Bambu sends me. I copy/paste that in below my user/pw but I never get that Confirm green tab.

That keeps happening and the same thing happens when I try to ask them via Live ChAT.

I can't even download any free stl files unless I log in but it won't log in.

Have you found any human you can email at Bambu Labs to contact re: this log in and verification issue?

I use FF but this happened on other browsers.

Thank you,

Charles.

Their verification actually drives me nuts, I'm pretty sure I know what the issue is that you're having:
BambuSpace.png
The e-mail they send you has a space after the numbers, you have to delete the space before it'll accept the code.  Usually verification fields remove the "whitespace" spaces for you as they only accept numbers, they have a bug in their UI but it's going to be impossible to convince whatever customer service people you can talk to that this is the case.

Hope that fixes it for you. . .

Hi Charles,

I wasn't on the forums, but I did just sign up and it worked OK for me.

Bambu Labs uses standard Discourse forum along with their own auth. If you look in the browser's developer tools, do you see any console errors or network errors? That might be the quickest way to figure out what might be going on.

Do you run into the same issue if you try logging into Bambu Studio or MakerWorld?

Hi Chris,

That was it!!!

How did you figure that out?

I just pasted the code into Notepad where I could then see that extra space.

Thank you sooooo much!

Best,

Charles.
