Looking for help with Sieg XMT driver

We're setting up a community supported tech media lab in Mt Union, PA. We were given a Sieg KX1 and have not been able to get the spindle turning.

Mach3, the parallel interface & stepper drivers are working.

At the XMT SK pin8 we get 0-8 volts or so depending on spindle speed settings.
At the XMT SK pin6 we get 0 for ccw & 4.1 for cw . . .

Not finding any specs for what should be coming out of the XMT SK & going into the XMT-DRIVER-500-A / XMT-CONTROL-500-A

We're seeing something like a 60hz 60v signal on the driver & control boards

Any suggestions, specs greatly appreciated . . .
