Hey Sector67 folks,
I'm looking for one or two volunteers to run a lock picking village at WISCON (https://wiscon.io), the inaugural Wisconsin Information Security Conference. It's a single-day cybersecurity conference on June 11th at the Goodman Community Center Brassworks Building in Madison (214 Waubesa St).
If you've got picks, practice locks, and enjoy teaching people the basics of physical security, this would be a great fit. The event already has a lock picking village on the schedule, they just need someone to run it. Volunteers get free entrance to the conference for the day.
We'll supply locks and picks for the village, and we can also bring along some of Sector67's inventory to use and sell pick sets at the event to benefit the makerspace.
Good opportunity to get Sector67 some visibility with the local infosec community and make a few bucks for the space. Happy to share more details with anyone interested.
If you're up for it or know someone who might be, reply here or shoot me a message directly.
Thanks!
-Ryan
