Happy New Year!

My PhD work is in final stages and I am seeking your help for filling the attached Survey. I have already carried pilot study of my PhD field survey. I want responses from Engineers and Executives working in NCR in IT and manufacturing Industries. You can also share link with your friends working in IT ( including BPO, KPO, Outsourcing Industry) and Manufacturing Industries in NCR to get it filled. I am sharing link through which you can submit online reply. Alternatively I am also sending soft copy of document of which print out can be taken and form get filled. Survey is anonymous as name is not shared and results will be in aggregate. A clear  model has emerged out of pilot study, once I complete final study I can share final model which can be of interest to you.   I can discuss modalities of collecting through following telephone no.

I have not got sufficient responses against previous mail therefore kindly fill form through the link, and also  forward the link to your known persons to get the responses through online as many  as possible. IF you want to get response in soft copy you can do through the copy attached by you and friends and mail back to me.

Survey is carried impersonal and the result will be in analyzed in aggregate and therefore this will be anonymous and confidential.
