I laid out the structure for Qn2 (5 pages to be filled).

 Now we have to pick each of their decisions (AECS's decision) and put then under each of these categories.

It would be great if u could start preparing a list of decisions ( from the 1st part of the case only) . The decisions will be of the type (example ) : HR Decision: Hire girls in age group of 17-19 from Rural area .

Once we have a list we will go on putting them in these categories . About Question 1: I will take care of the numbers mostly unless u want to own it .

Whenever ur Surat affair is done ;), lets start working on this .
