C-FAT is truncated for Corporate Bridge Financial Aptitude Test. C-FAT is an Online Test conducted by Corporate Bridge across B-Schools. Q: Why should I appear for C-FAT?

Q: What is the Fee for the C-FAT exam?

A: There is NO COST for the Test. Any student from a B-School can appear for the test.

 

Q: When is C-FAT Conducted?

A: C-FAT is conducted throughout the year. For your college listing in C-FAT, Please get in touch with our representative

 

Q: What kind of Aptitude Test is C-FAT?

A: C-FAT is Financial Aptitude Test consisting of 60 Multiple Choice Questions from different Finance topics (mentioned below) generally covered in B-School College curriculum during the 1st-2ndSemester.

 

Q: What is the time Durations for C-FAT and how may time can I appear for it?

A: The total time duration for the TEST is of 45 minutes. You can appear for the test during the time scheduled for your college. Once started the test automatically ends on the scheduled time. Participants will be given only one chance to appear for the test. The test is conducted to check your concepts in general Finance.

 

Q: Do I have any breaks during the test?

A: No, you will not be given any breaks during the test.

 

Q: What are the Topics Covered in C-FAT?

A: To score well in C-FAT, participants need to be well versed with the following topics:

·  Economics

·  Accounting & Valuations

·  Financial Theory

·  General Aptitude

The Questions asked in the above mentioned topics will be from curriculum of students which is covered in the 1st-2nd semesters of a B-School Curriculum. All the above mentioned topics are equally important.

 

Q: Shall I get a Certificate if I am among the Top-Scorer?

A: Yes, If you are among the top 5%, you will be getting a Certificate for the same from Corporate Bridge.

 

Q: How is the computer-based format for C-FAT different from the paper-based format?

A: The format of the test is more or less the same except that a candidate reads a question on a computer terminal and clicks on the correct answer, instead of reading on a paper booklet and using a pencil to darken the ovals on an answer sheet.

 

Q: How many sections are there in the test?

A: There will be four separate sections in the test. The sections are (a) Economics (b) Accounting & Valuations (c) Financial Theory & (d) General Aptitude.

 

Q: How many questions are there in this Test?

A: There will be 60 questions in all.

 

Q: Can I cancel the test?

A: No. Under no circumstances will a cancellation be allowed.

 

Q: If I do not take my test, will I be eligible for rescheduling?

A: No. You will not be able to reschedule in any case. If you do not appear for your test as per your scheduled location, date and time.

 

Q: Will I get to see my scores on the test day?

A: No.

 

Q: How will my scores be calculated?

A: Your scores will be calculated based on the number of questions you answered correctly, incorrectly, or omitted.

 

Q: Will there be any negative marking on the test?

A: Yes, the candidate will be penalized at the rate of 25 % for the marks allotted for the question.

 

Q: Within how many days can I expect the results?

A: The results will be published in a day or two.

 

Q: How does one know if he/she has been among the top scorer?

A: Top 5% in the C-FAT will be informed about the result through proper channel (i.e. Placement Committee, Authorized Individual from college etc.). Also, they will be informed separately.

 

Q: Who is eligible to take this Test?

A: The participant must be a student in a B-School or equivalent. Both 1st year as well as 2nd year students are eligible for appearing in C-FAT.

 

Q: Can I appear for C-FAT for practice purpose, though I am aware that I am not eligible?

A: Yes, we have Free Sign-up for students who would like to appear for the Test.

 

Q: Is there any age restriction for appearing in C-FAT?

A: No, there is no age restriction for appearing in C-FAT.
