Career Path and Training at Evalueserve:
- On joining, candidates undergo Evalueserve’s Certified Business and Financial Research Program; which includes:
- Three weeks of classroom based training on conducting business and financial research, followed by one month of on-the-job training
- Certification test, on successful completion of which, candidates get staffed on client project
- Live work on project for 18-24 months
- Top performers become eligible for Evalueserve’s Investment Banking Training Program and on successful completion of training, get transferred to such projects
Job description
- Data collection through secondary research including financial databases
- Good knowledge of financial concepts and capital markets
- Managing workflow and liaising with requestors and the client’s internal library team
- Engage with requestors to understand their requirements better
- Work in shifts (including night shifts) as required by project requirements
Compensation
Rs. 4.5 LPA (All Fixed) for MBA-
Finance.
