​Dear Student(s),

As you are aware that Convocation 2015 is scheduled on 3rd April 2015 at LBSIM Campus, you are requested to take note of the following:

1) There will be a designated seat for ​each student. The seating plan is being based on confirmation of participation given by students. So in case , we do not receive confirmation from your side, seat number will not be allotted. In case you have not given confirmation of your attendance please give it immediately to the undersigned.

2) You will have to arrive before 3:30 PM on 3rd April 2015 , get your convocation gown issued from designated room & kindly take your seat by 4 PM positively.

3) Mobile Phones & Cameras are strictly "prohibited" inside the auditorium. Please leave these articles in your vehicle or make suitable arrangements.

4) Guests/ Parents will be accommodated inside the auditorium (restricted to 50 numbers on first come first serve basis). Guests are requested to reach early to be accommodated inside the auditorium. After 50 seats for guests are filled, 60 seats are available in lecture theater 1 (Ground Floor) for guests with live Audio-Visual beaming of the proceedings. Remaining guests will have to take seats near amphitheater.

5) After completion of ceremony, there will be photo session with Chief Guest & Faculty members. Kindly assemble near amphitheater in following order.

    Sec A--PGDM

    Sec B-PGDM

    Sec C-PGDM

    Sec D- PGDM(Fin)

    PGDM-Evening & PGDM Executive

6) After photo session , kindly return the gown & take back your deposit etc.

You are requested to maintain perfect discipline during entire ceremony as it is a solemn occasion. Please be seated in auditorium by 4pm. Entry will be restricted after 4:25PM in all situation. Each one will be called by name in a particular order and the seats will be allocated in that order only. Seating plan will be mailed to you by tomorrow. It will be displayed at main gate entry also.
