Job description:
Akosha is looking for bright young people who are willing to work hard and never say no to a challenge. If you are someone who wants it all and realizes that life is too short to work at a boring company, this role is for you.
The talent acquisition specialist will:
- Coordinate the entire recruitment process life cycle. They will beu responsible for hiring technical talent across the engineering function, this includes- understanding the technical requirements, create job description and align candidates to available positions accordingly.
- Build a talent rich community comprising of targeted candidates and maintain cultivate relationships with all candidates for future job openings.
- Work effectively with external search partners (vendor management) and maintain social media profiles and online job portals and also work towards targets and close open positions as per the agreed TAT and SLAs.
Requirements:
Branched allowed: MBA (HR)
Eligibility: 6.0 CGPA with no backs
Offered Salary: 6 lac p.a. (4 fixed + 1 annual performance based bonus + 1 retention bonus)
The business analyst will:
- Work on different functions like operations, marketing, sales, data analysis, human resources from time-to-time based on the need of the hour and have direct impact on the company.
- Act as a consultant/problem-solver who implements and takes ownership of various projects happening in the company - this can include setting up a new team from scratch, interact with the media on behalf of the company, hire great people like yourself, promote Akosha on public platforms, organize large scale events, etc
Requirements:
