Subject: CONVOCATION 2015
Dear Students,
Hope you have already informed the institute (by email to : nareshwa...@gmail.com) about your attendance in Convocation 2015 to be held on April 3, 2015 (Friday).
Just a reminder of a few important instructions for the Convocation.
- Please ensure to reach the Institute at the earliest, but not later than 2:45 pm. Entry into the Auditorium would close at 4.30 pm. This is to facilitate the smooth and orderly conduct of the Convocation proceedings.
- In view of the limited capacity of the Institute Auditorium, only 50 family members accompanying the graduating students can be accommodated inside the auditorium, on a First come, first served basis.
- The Institute has made arrangement for the Live telecast of the proceedings (in Room No. 1 on the ground floor and Amphitheater) for the rest of the family members accompanying the graduating students.
- In order to maintain the decorum / seriousness of the occasion, children below the age of 10 will not be allowed inside the auditorium.
- Also, Mobile phones/ Tablets/ cameras will also not be allowed inside the auditorium.
6. To enable the smooth proceedings of the programme, all graduating students are required view a short video which describes the process of receiving the Diplomas. The video is available at the following link: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=6wX76tQj3Vs
7. After completion of ceremony, there will be photo session with Chief Guest & Faculty members. Kindly assemble near amphitheater in following order:
Sec A--PGDM (General)
Sec B-PGDM (General)
Sec C-PGDM (General)
Sec D- PGDM(Finance)
PGDM-Evening &
PGDM Executive
8. After photo session , kindly return the gown & take back your deposit etc.
All the graduating students are required to follow the above instructions in order to ensure smooth conduct of Convocation 2015.
