Delay in the delivery of convocation photographs.

Respected Sir,

I am an alumni of LBSIM 2013-15 batch.

This is to bring to your attention to the negligence being shown on the part of the photographer Mr. Bhatia , who was given the contract for the convocation event of LBSIM held on Apr 04, 2015.

Despite of the fact that we paid the agreed cost of the individual photographs in Apr'15 itself , he has been repeatedly delaying the delivery till now.

We're yet to receive the same.

Our multiple queries and continuous follow ups to him in this regard have born no results yet.

This really has become a pain and our investment appears to be lost as of now.

Kindly guide us on how can we get things into action here and the delivery process be expedited.
