Hi all
I am trying to do Goodness of fit test for the Full likelihood hcov model for the Polyfon search data, But R crashes several times.
Any thought how to proceed ?

Some sort of bug it seems. Maybe the simulation code for polygon data in 'secr' has not kept up with other changes. I would like to look into it, but I can't do so this week, I'm afraid. I may have time later next week. Could you please send me the code you are trying to run?

Is this still a problem for you? I suspect the simulation capability of secr does not extend to hcov models, but I haven't checked.

HI Murray
yeah, the problem still persists! I have requested my colleague to share matrices with you to see.
