Three packages were updated last week.
secr 5.2.4 has mostly minor
changes.
Simulation of activity centres with sim.popn() allows fixed-N when
model2D uses rLGCP or rThomas, building on changes in the spatstat
package.
secrdesign 2.10.0 adds functions to simulate movement paths from an
Ornstein-Uhlenbeck process (simOU), and hence to simulate detections at
point detectors that are serially correlated in space (simOU.capthist).
These functions are exercised in the vignette available
here.
ipsecr 1.4.4 is most interesting for a new example in the
vignette that implements an idea from Kodi et al. (2024 MEE 15:1060-1070) for reducing bias due to identification errors.
