Starting a week from this coming Tuesday, on June 19th, I’ll be holding a second live class, the same class as the previous Sunday night, at the cheery hour of 10am, going to 1pm, at SSLA in Burbank, in the NY Film Academy Building on the first floor. You’ll now have twice the opportunity to learn, twice the opportunity to fight the traffic if you live in the OC, and twice the opportunity to scratch and claw your way to being a Participant (as well as twice the opportunity to calmly choose to be an Auditor).

Digital and Internet VO
Learn how to mine the Internet for Digital VO profits.
The changing landscape of voiceover work has been affected deeply by the advent of the Internet. Not only has the Net changed how we market ourselves and acquire auditions and work, it has also spawned new types of voiceover product with performance requirements unique to the digital world.
What skills you’ll get:
In this VO2GoGO class, David H. Lawrence XVII teaches you, step-by-step, how to market yourself to digital voiceover clients, technical information needed to work with digital clients and more. Secrets revealed:
- reading the net for work, not just auditions
- how to create your own digital VO products and sell them online
- working proactively to let prospective clients know you’re available
- pricing and client management in the new digital workspace
- and more
Copy provided? You bet.
In this BYOC class, all students, Auditors and Participants alike, will be provided with lecture notes and generic VO copy, and they can bring their own brief copy to work on. Participants will be directed and recorded; Auditors will observe that process. The recordings will be given to each Participant to use as mini-starter demos (in advance of completed professional demos), showing their mastery of the particular category of voicework performed.
This class is open for registration.
