Zookeeper SSL communication

I saw a github issue from 2019 where Henry Cai Haiying implies that SSL communication with Zookeeper is not supported (https://github.com/pinterest/secor/issues/407)

I just wanted to circle back and double check if Secor can communicate with the ZK instances over SSL.

This probably probably either needs some config or code change, but we have never used SSL on ZK connection.
