Workhorse Committee

Hi everyone,

I know I've been quite quiet recently, but rest assured, some progress
is being made. From the expressions of interest about being on the
workhorse committee, I think it should be composed of:

David Burns
Dave Hunt
Eran Messeri
Bob Silverberg
Simon Stewart

Most of us are located in the UK, and so can do things like site
visits and I think that Bob's experience is going to be very, very
useful. I'd also like to invite Ashley to join us so that there's some
continuity with last year (though this wouldn't actually be asking
Ashely to do any of the heavy lifting!)
