Hi everyone!

As most of you know, we're planning a kickoff party for Monday night at Cigar Bar (850 Montgomery Street, SF). It's only a mile from the venue, but since that's uphill, it's probably a good idea to provide transportation.

I'm researching charter busses now and it's looking like those costs will come to about $1,000-$1,500, since we'll need likely 2 busses and most are priced per hour for a 3--4 hr minimum.

Since we don't have this cost in our existing budget, is there anyone who can help out with sponsoring that? Obviously its not a necessity, but it would make things easier on everyone, particularly since we'll be heading over there around 6:30pm.

Any help is much appreciated!

Best,
Ashley

wouldn't a city bus, or if it's along the line, cable car, do the trick?

Or by foot. Sure, we sit behind computers all day, but...

Okkk, guess people are on their own then :-) I'd suggest taking the cable car, which drops people a few blocks over from the restaurant, since the hill to get over to north beach is not fun at all.

I'm sure it's fine, via public transit.  I remember how tough some of those hills are.  A buddy of mine used to live on Potrero.  Thanks for thinking of our transportation though Ashley.
