Volunteers needed! SWRC Booth at the Christie Clinic Illinois Race Weekend Expo

Hi everyone,

We're in need of volunteers to staff the Second Wind booth at the Christie Clinic Illinois Race Weekend Expo on Thursday, April 23 and Friday, April 24. This is a great way to recruit new members and possibly get some free food. Sign up here!

Most shifts are two hours. The Friday 12-3pm shift includes a complimentary lunch from the Illinois Marathon for the first two registered volunteers. If you are interested in volunteering but do not see something you would prefer to do, please contact dttamm...@yahoo.com and include the words "Marathon Booth" in the subject line.

Volunteering is limited to current Second Wind members. Encourage your friends in the club to sign up!

Also, if you have any ideas for giveaways, booth decoration, good or questionable ways to get people's attention at the expo, please email me and I'll share them with the board.

We're still looking for a few more volunteers, particularly for the 3-5pm shift on Friday, April 24. There are also spots open for 5-8pm on Thursday, April 23 and 5-7pm on Friday, April 24.
