Human Kinetics Seeking Models for Triathlon Training Book Photo Shoot

 

Fitness and health book publisher Human Kinetics is seeking candidates for consideration to model in photos to be published in an upcoming guide book for beginner’s preparing for a triathlon. The author is a USAT Level II Endurance and IRONMAN Certified Triathlon Coach who will be on site to help guide the photo shoot along with a Human Kinetics staff editor and staff photographer.

We are looking for a female and a male in the 20- to 50-year age range who have experience with training for triathlons and/or marathons. There will be two paid modeling sessions. A three-hour time commitment will be required of each model.

 

The two sessions will take place on Friday, February 13, 2026. The models will be photographed in various fitness-related positions including some weightlifting poses at the workout facility and photo/video studio in the Human Kinetics building (1607 N Market St, Champaign, IL 61820).

 

Interested participants should contact Human Kinetics Photo and Video Director Jim Bowling via e-mail (Ji...@HKusa.com) including full length front and side view photos of them wearing workout clothes. The photos should be taken within the last month.

 

Prospective candidates should also mention their time frame of availability on Friday, February 13, 2026, in their initial e-mail.
