Herman, we're really pleased to see we've made it into the press
release! We're not sure how to interpret "available on google" though,
do you have some insight how that is meant?

SID 2013 was quite successful for us. I attended both the event in
Parliament in the morning and the event at Microsoft in the afternoon.

We've been promised invitations from both ChildLine UK and
BeatBullying. Both organisations are keen to meet us and have a
technical discussion where they will show us the technology they are
currently using, we will have the opportunity to demonstrate
SecondFriend in depth and we can discuss further opportunities for
collaboration and how we can learn from each other.

The main goal of meeting ChildLine is getting a better understanding
of the inner workings of a helpline and the administrative and legal
constraints they are bound by. We want to take these into account for
the further development of our platform to make sure we create a
product that fulfills all requirements to be deployed at a helpline.

BeatBullying have been using technology similar to what we are
proposing for almost 3 years now and demonstrate that it works
exceptionally well in practice. We want to learn from them and explore
what synergy there is between the platforms and how we can collaborate.
