SECNA Officers -
I placed a third call to Matilda regarding the NA boundary question.
We spoke at length an hour ago. I explained that we just need to know
if technically their is a problem with adding the Weygandt's parcels.
Below is Matilda's response.
I have a call in to Terry Tolls to set up a meeting with the 13th Ave.
Safety Taskforce and will ask him if the IAA was officially disbanded.
Hopefully we can get this matter resolved quickly so our Bylaws can be
ratified by City Council in early July along with the SWCNA.

I think I sent you the map of the industrial area master plan…Ta Da! So….we can’t find anything that officially dissolves the association…unless some of the IAA members come forward and show us that the association was officially disbanded we have a copy of their by laws. I know that Terry Tolls was involved. Isn’t he a friend of yours? You may want to ask him if he has any documents showing the IAA was officially dissolved. If the IAA has not been officially dissolved, then your association cannot include the Weygandt’s property.
