Canby’s four neighborhood associations are hosting a candidate forum so voters can learn more about the backgrounds and platforms of the five candidates running for a seat on the Canby City Council.
The three incumbents running for re-election this November are City Council President Tim Dale, Councilor Traci Hensley and Councilor Clint Coleman. The two challengers are Sarah Spoon-Waffle and Irene Konev.
The Canby neighborhood association’s 2016 candidate forum takes place at Hope Village on Thursday, October 20 from 6:30 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. Information will be updated in the Canby Herald and at CanbyHerald.com in the coming days and weeks as the neighborhood associations finalize plans for the evening.
