Subject: Resignation as Chairperson for Neighborhood Association.


Effective Tuesday, June 16th I hereby tender my resignation as
Chairperson for the South East Canby Neighborhood Association.

I must admit that I have shown little interest in the Association, as
other interests and family matters have consumed my time and
resources. I feel that I am doing a disservice to the Association by
continuing as Chairperson, and feel it is in the best interests of the
NA and myself to resign and allow someone with more enthusiasm to
chair.

I would like to thank Susan and Doug for all of their time and effort
on behalf of the Association.

I would like to give a very heart felt thanks to Nick for helping the
SECNA get organized and off the ground. We kind of pressed the
chairmanship onto his shoulders and he has done a fine job. His
knowledge and expertise has been valuable. Thank you so very much, Nick.

At the meeting on Wednesday we will need to fill both the Chair and
Secretary position. Please think about whether you or someone you know
is interested and available.
