There is an upcoming neighborhood meeting that is scheduled for a subdivision application that Sisul Enterprises, Inc.is working on in the SECNA.
The meeting will be held at the Canby Adult Center at 6:30 PM on Thursday, October 6, 2016.
The meeting is for a planned 105 lot subdivision proposed on SE 13th Avenue adjacent to Sequoia Parkway and the Logging Road Trail. The property being subdivided is made up of 3 of the 5 properties along SE 13th Avenue that were master planned and annexed into the City of Canby in 2014. The subdivision follows the approved master plan and includes the dedication of a 1.2 acre park in the northeast corner of the site, adjacent to the bridge over the railroad.
