Morning Nick,

I have two projects that I will need to have advisory committees. The
fist if the Transportation System Plan Update, and the second is Low
Impact Subdivision Design. Both are grant funded and we are working
with consultants. I would love to have a representative from your
neighborhood association on each committee. The first phase of the
subdivision design will require two afternoon meetings in June . The
meetings for phase two are yet to be determined. The meeting
commitment for the Transportation System Plan is more demanding, and
will most likely include night meetings. They are not scheduled yet,
but there are a total of 5 meetings.

Please let me know if someone from your organization can attend. The
same person does not need to be on both committees. Thanks!

There is a possibility that I could help, at least on the Transportation
Update. Since I serve on the CAT board I MIGHT be able to provide
information from that area but, on the other hand, you might prefer someone
not already involved in transportation.
Let me know IF you are interested and then I'll see how it will fit into my
schedule. Afternoons are fine if not previously committed.
