Risk Based Supervision (RBS) - Submission of information for the period April 01, 2021 – March 31, 2022.

 

BSE has issued Circular advising Members to submit Data/Details/Information pertaining to Risk Based Supervision (RBS) for the period April 01, 2021 to March 31, 2022 to the Exchange latest by May 31, 2022 as per SEBI directives.

 

It is to be noted that trading members may note that the submission is to be made only electronically through BEFS, under the menu >>>Risk Based Supervision. No physical copies are

required to be submitted to the Exchange. The above link shall be made available from April 08,

2022 for submission of RBS data for FY 2021-2022.

 

Members may note that submission of data/details/information pertaining to Risk Based Supervision is mandatory for all active Members of the Exchange (i.e. Members who have executed even a single trade during the period April 01, 2021 to March 31, 2022). Further, the data/details/information collected from Members towards RBS is also shared with SEBI and any false/incorrect submission of data is viewed seriously by the Exchange.

 

In case of any non-submission/delayed submission by any Member, disciplinary actions as prescribed in the Circular will be initiated.
