Highlights of  NCDEX Circular dated Feb-18 -2026

This is with reference to Exchange Circular No.: National Commodity & Derivatives Exchange Limited/MEMBERSHIP-015/2019 dated March 18, 2019 regarding revised file format for Unique Client Code (UCC) details.

All members are informed that the maximum number of records permitted per UCC bulk file is revised from 199 to 500.The revised limit shall be applicable for file uploads through the following path in the NCFE portal:

NCFE → Client → UCC Bulk Upload

The above change will be effective from February 23, 2026.

The existing file format shall continue and validations for the bulk upload file remain unchanged, except for the revised file size limit.Members may continue to refer to the existing file format available at:

NCDEX Website → Download → UCC File Format (Membership)

All Members and their constituents are requested to take note of the above change and ensure necessary operational adjustments in their systems and processes.

Highlights of  NCDEX Circular dated Feb-21 -2026

This is with reference to the Exchange circular no. NCDEX/MEMBERSHIP-007/2026 dated February 18, 2026 regarding Bulk file upload of Unique Client code.
 
Members are hereby informed that the maximum number of records permitted per UCC bulk upload file has been revised from 199 to 500. The revised limit has been implemented in the NCFE portal at the following mentioned path:
 
NCFE → Client → UCC Bulk Upload
 
Access to the above-mentioned tab has been enabled for the admin users of the NCFE portal. Through the role delegation, the UCC Bulk Upload tab is now available to the respective assigned users as well.
 
As communicated earlier, the existing file format and validations checks for the bulk upload process will continue to remain unchanged. The only modification is the enhanced permissible file size limit.
