Highlights of the Circular :
We are pleased to inform you that the Pledge Release API between BSE Clearing Limited (BSECL) and the Depositories has been successfully implemented and is live with effect from July 13, 2026.
The introduction of the API will facilitate automated processing of pledge release instructions between BSECL and the Depositories, thereby enhancing operational efficiency and reducing processing time.
Members are requested to note that there is no change in the existing process at their end. The current mechanism for submission and management of pledged securities shall continue without any modification.
