Highlights of NSE Circular dated May 30, 2024

This is with reference to NSE Clearing Ltd. (NCL) Circular No. NCL/CMPL/61288 dated March 22, 2024 and NCL/CMPL/61662 dated April 22, 2024, and NCL/CMPL/62004 dated May 14, 2024 requiring Clearing Members to carry out and complete the Internal Audit for the half-year ended March 31, 2024 by 31st May, 2024.

We refer to circulars issued by Exchanges providing an extension of timeline for submission of Internal Audit Report of Trading Members.

In view of the above, NCL has decided to extend the due date for submission of the Internal Audit Report for the half year ended March 31, 2024 by Clearing Members to NCL.

Accordingly, the due date is being extended from May 31, 2024 to June 30, 2024.

All Clearing Members are advised to ensure submission of the Internal Audit Report on or before June 30, 2024.
