Revised formats for submission of applications

Highlights of MCX Circular dated October-15-2025

This has reference to Exchange circular reference no. MCX/MEM/499/2025 dated September 29, 2025 regarding technology based sharing mechanisms of common submissions among Exchanges. In the said circular it was informed that as part of Phase II, from October 15,2025, members of the exchange who are also a member of NSE are required to submit compliance reports/submissions to NSE only.

It is reiterated that the submissions which are common across exchanges and do not have exchange specific data/submissions will be considered for Common Reporting. Members of the Exchange who are also registered with NSE are required to submit their compliance reports/applications to NSE only. NSE in turn will share such compliance reports/applications (including data/documents) with the Exchange. Submitting data to NSE alone will be treated as submission to the Exchange and the same will be in compliance of the regulatory requirements for such stockbrokers.

Accordingly, the Exchanges have jointly updated the formats for applications and supporting documents required for the submissions are listed in the attached circular.

The above formats are available on the Exchange website:

For Merger, Demerger or business transfer not amounting to change in controlhttps://www.mcxindia.com/membership/existing-members/transfer-of membership

For Change in Constitution- https://www.mcxindia.com/membership/existingmembers/conversion-of-membership

For Others- https://www.mcxindia.com/membership/existing-members/continuingcompliances

The processing of the submission along with the monitoring and supervision of compliance will continue to be carried out by respective stock exchanges as per the existing process.

Member who are registered exclusively with MCX will continue to make submissions to the Exchange as per existing process.

Members are advised to take note of the same and comply.
