Highlights of NSE Circular no. NSE/INSP/48014 dated April 16, 2021 on

Cyber Security Audit for Type 1 Stock Broker

Further NSE Circular no. NSE/INSP/47994 dated April 15, 2021 on Cyber Security for Type II and Type III Brokers, NSE has now issued circular advising the Type I brokers to submit Cyber Security Audit Reports for the period ended March 31, 2021.

 

NSE has activated the link for the submission of Cyber Security Audit report. The procedure for submitting the report by member and auditor through ENIT module in the Member portal is provided in Annexure- A and Annexure- B respectively to this circular. Timelines for submissions of Audit report is given below

Members are further informed that Submission of Cyber Security Audit Report shall be considered completed only after trading member submits the report to the Exchange after providing management comments

 

The penalty/disciplinary actions that would be initiated against the Member for late/non- submission of Cyber Security Audit Report is as followed:

 

1

Submission within one month from the end of due date of submission

Rs. 200/- per day

2

Submission after 1 month but within 3 month from the end of due date of submission

Rs.500/- per day

3

Non-submission within 3 month from the end of due date of submission

Disablement of trading facility across segments after giving 2-week notice. Disablement notice issued to the member shall be shared with all the Exchanges for information. Member will be enabled only after submission of System Audit Report.
