This is with reference to our Notice No. 20250316-3 dated March 16, 2025, 20250327-41 dated March 27, 2025, and 20250411-43 dated April 11,2025 in respect of Revise
and Revamp of Nomination Facilities in Mutual Funds segment.
Members are hereby informed that Exchange has been enabled a facility to update
the additional nominee details under existing clients UCCs created on BSE
StAR MF platform. The detailed process note is attached as Annexure
I.
Please find enclosed herewith the following process note and bulk upload
format:

This is with reference to Exchange Notice Nos. 20250506-19 dated May 06, 2025, 20250411-43 dated April 11, 2025, , 20250327-41 dated March 27, 2025, and 20250316-3 dated March 16, 2025 regarding
“Revise and Revamp of Nomination Facilities” in the Mutual Funds segment.
Members are hereby informed that the Exchange has introduced a “Revised Client
Master Structure” consisting of 183 fields along with additional nominee
details, effective May 22, 2025. Members are requested to
note that for any fresh UCC creation and modification in existing UCC “Revised
Client Master Structure(183 field) shall be applicable.
Members may further note that the existing UCC structure of 150 fields will
remain available for UCC creation and modification on the BSE StAR MF Platform
until further notice.
In case additional details of nomination as per the revised structure are not
provided in UCC at the time of registration of SIP/X-SIP, in “Non-Demat” mode
of transaction (i.e. Fresh Folio Purchase, SIP, XSIP) are liable to be rejected
effective from June 01, 2025.

Members using third party vendor solutions and/or in-house developed trading application are hereby requested to take note of the above to initiate necessary development at their end.

Highlights of BSE Circular dated May-27-2025
In continuation to Exchange Notice Nos. 20250522-46 dated May 22, 2025, and earlier notices issued regarding “Revise and Revamp of Nomination Facilities” for mutual funds transactions, Members are hereby informed that:
- In case of non-demat mode of transaction where unit
creation/allotment needs to be done under new folio number at AMC/RTA end
and additional details of nomination as per the revised structure are not
provided/uploaded in UCC, then orders of such clients shall be liable for
rejection with effect from June 01, 2025, for below mentioned
scenarios:
1. Existing SIP/X-SIP registrations done before May 30, 2025 & SIP instalment is getting triggered on or after June 01, 2025.
2. Fresh subscription orders placed prior to May 30, 2025 & transaction is getting processed at RTA on or after June 01, 2025.
- Members are also requested to update the additional nominee details as per modification file (56 fields) prior to triggering of SIP/X-SIP orders, failing which transactions may be liable for rejection. Further, it may be noted that the latest / updated information as provided in additional nominee details modification file (56 fields) shall be taken for processing the orders.

Members are hereby informed that the Exchange has introduced an API for
“Revised Client Master Structure” consisting of 183 fields along with
additional nominee details.
Members are also hereby informed that Exchange has been enabled a facility to
update the additional nominee details under existing clients UCCs created
on BSE StAR MF platform using the API - Additional nominee details modification
– 56 Fields.

continuation to Exchange Notice Nos. 20250529-24 dated May 29, 2025, 20250527-45 dated May 27, 2025, and earlier notices
issued regarding “Revise and Revamp of Nomination Facilities” for mutual funds
transactions.
Members are hereby informed that, as per the latest communication received from
Registrar & Transfer Agent (RTAs), SIP/XSIP registrations done between
April 01, 2025, till May 30, 2025, new folio transactions that are reported to
the RTA on or after June 01, 2025, will be exempted from the requirement to
provide additional nominee information.
