SEBI has issued clarificatory circular on eligibility of members of the Institute of Cost Accountants of India to conduct annual audit of Research Analysts. 

Members of the Institute of Cost Accountants of India are now eligible to conduct the mandatory annual audit of Research Analysts, in addition to:

• Institute of Chartered Accountants of India
• Institute of Company Secretaries of India
