MCX-SX Circular on Status of Readiness and Compliance with Accessibility Requirements for Investor-Facing Digital Platforms – Submission Due Date March 31, 2026.

Highlights of  the Circular :

This is with reference to SEBI Circular SEBI Circular No. SEBI/HO/ITD-1/ITD_VIAP/P/CIR/2025/131 dated September 25, 2025 and subsequent Exchange Circular No. MSE/MEM/17868/2025 dated September 26, pertaining to the captioned subject.

As per SEBI Circular No. HO/13/19/13(2)2025- ITD- 1_VIAP/I/187/2025 dated December 8, 2025 (refer Annexure 1) Reference: Annexure B - Digital Platform- wise Accessibility - Table 1(refer Annexure 2), Trading Members are required to submit details regarding the status of readiness and compliance with accessibility requirements for their digital platforms to the Exchange by March 31, 2026.

This submission is mandatory for Trading Members having digital platforms such as websites, mobile applications, portals, etc.

Trading Members are advised to ensure submission of the required details by March 31, 2026.
