Highlights of NSE Circular dated Feb-24 -2026

This is in continuation and partial modification to our circular no. NSE/CMTR/62927 dated July 12, 2024 regarding revised operating guidelines of Offer for Sale pursuant to changes in UCC categories as per Exchange circular reference NSE/ISC/71043 dated October 30, 2025.

Members/ Participants and Sellers are requested to abide by the revised operating guidelines and terms & conditions of this circular (Annexure - A) or any other circular(s) issued from time to time regarding OFS by NSEIL and such other requirements as prescribed by SEBI, or any other regulatory authority attach in circular.
