Submission of compliance of closure of findings identified during VAPT

Highlights of  CDSL Circular dated March -05-2026

  • Central Depository Services Limited (CDSL) reminded Depository Participants (DPs) about VAPT compliance under the Cybersecurity and Cyber Resilience Framework (CSCRF).

  • As per guidelines of Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI), DPs must submit closure compliance for VAPT findings for the Apr–Sep 2025 period.

  • Applicable to QSBs and Protected Regulated Entities (REs).

  • Submission deadline: 31 March 2026
