Highlights of MCX Circular dated January-05 -2026
The Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) has issued a Circular No. SEBI/HO/MIRSD2/DOR/CIR/P/2020/221 dated November 03, 2020, Exchange circular no MCX/TECH/430/2022 dated July 19, 2022 and MCX/TECH/463/2023 dated July 11, 2023 on “Advisory for Financial Sector Organizations regarding Software as a Service (SaaS) based solutions”
The compliance of the advisory shall be reported by Member on half yearly basis that is for the period July 2025 to December 2025. Members are required to submit the compliance through online Member Portal – https://member.mcxindia.com and portal shall be available for submission till January 31, 2026. Help file ‘Software as a Service (Saas)–help file’ is available on the SaaS submission online portal and on https://sftp.mcxindia.com/Common portal help file folder.
Members are requested to take note of the above and ensure compliance.
