Reminder - Information sharing on Cyber Security Incident
Highlights of MCX Circular dated July-10-2025
In terms of
provisions of the Rules, Bye-Laws and Business Rules of the Exchange and in
continuation to Exchange circular no. MCX/TECH/524/2018 dated December 13, 2018, MCX/TECH/587/2019 dated October 16 2019, MCX/TECH/175/2023 dated March 20, 2023, MCX/TECH/379/2023 dated June 14, 2023, Master Circular
no. MCX/TECH/280/2024 dated April 30, 2024 and MCX/TECH/328/2025 dated July 01, 2025.
Members are requested to keep the Exchange informed regarding Cyber
Incident(s). Trading Members of the Exchange are required to report Cyber
Incident(s) whether occurred /non-occurred for the quarter ending June 30,
2025, through portal https://member.mcxindia.com.
Members are once again reminded to submit the aforesaid submission in the
prescribed format on the Exchange Portal on or before July 15, 2025.
The portal will remain open for submission till July 15, 2025.
The help file for online submission is available on SFTP common path: https://sftp.mcxindia.com/Common.
Non-compliant members shall render themselves liable for action as may be
deemed fit by the Exchange.
