Highlights of the Circular :
This is with reference to the NCCL circular no. NCCL/MEMBERSHIP- 002/2026 dated April 22, 2026 on Submission of Half Yearly Networth Certificate as on March 31, 2026.
NCCL, vide the aforesaid circular, advised the clearing members to submit the Half Yearly Networth Certificate and Statement of Computation of Networth as on March 31, 2026. based on unaudited financial statements. The due date for submission of Half-Yearly Net Worth Certificate is May 31, 2026.
Clearing Members who have not yet uploaded their Half Yearly Networth certificate are once again advised to submit the same on or before the due date i.e., May 31, 2026 in the prescribed format through NCFE Portal.
No physical submission shall be accepted by NCCL.
Non-Submission / Late-Submission of Half Yearly Networth certificate or any non-compliance or discrepancies shall attract penalty / disciplinary actions as per Annexure II of circular no. NCCL/MEMBERSHIP- 002/2026 dated April 22, 2026.
