Date of Issue: 03-07-2026 Highlights of the Circular :
In terms of provisions of the Rules, Bye-Laws and Business Rules of the Exchange and in continuation to Exchange circular no. MCX/TECH/524/2018 dated December 13, 2018, MCX/TECH/587/2019 dated October 16, 2019, MCX/TECH/175/2023 dated March 20, 2023, MCX/TECH/379/2023 dated June 14, 2023 and Master Circular no. MCX/TECH/258/2026 dated April 30, 2026. Members are requested to keep the Exchange informed regarding Cyber Incident(s).
In view of the above, trading members of the Exchange are required to report Cyber Incident(s) whether occurred /non-occurred for the quarter ending June 30, 2026, through portal https://member.mcxindia.com.
Further, with reference to Exchange circular No. MCX/MEM/499/2025 dated September 29, 2025, regarding technology based sharing mechanisms for common submissions among exchanges, Members of the Exchange who are also registered with NSE shall submit their Quarterly incident reporting to NSE only.
Members of the Exchange who are not registered with NSE will continue to make submissions to the Exchange as per existing process.
