Highlights of SEBI Circular dated March 30, 2022 Aadhar seeding with PAN NSE has informed that, in light of the Government of India vide Circular No. 7 of 2022 dated March 30, 2022, NO action stated in the circular No. NSE/ISC/51755 dated March 24, 2022 will not be applicable w.e.f April 01, 2022 on account of non-seeding of PAN-Aadhar.
It is to be noted that, NSE, vide its Circular no. NSE/ISC/51755 dated March 24, 2022 had informed that
“The clients who have failed to comply with the requirement of seeding the PAN with Aadhar by the due date, will not be able to place orders or square off their open position, if any, post March 31, 2022. Such open positions will naturally expire on the expiry date of the respective contracts. The client will be permitted to trade only on compliance with the requirement.
