Highlights of  MCX Circular dated Feb-12-2026

In terms of provisions of the Rules, Byelaws and Regulations of the Exchange, members of the Exchange are notified that the Exchange shall be conducting mock trading session from DR site on Saturday, February 14th, 2026, as part of technology enhancement for performance improvement.

Members planning for implementation of algorithmic trading facility for retail investors can use this opportunity to test their application in reference to circular no. MCX/CTCL/364/2025 dated July 25, 2025, on “Safer Participation of Retail Investors in Algorithmic Trading”. Members planning to participate in the upcoming mock are required to send email to ‘ ct...@mcxindia.com  ’with below details, by February 13, 2026:

• TM Code
• User Id
• Leased line IP to be mapped on User ID

Note: above mapping shall be removed after mock trading session.

Members using CTCL facility are requested to actively participate in the mock trading session using CTCL software as per Trading interface – MCX Enhanced Trading Interface (ETI) API version 1.4.2 dated August 14, 2024

Members may note that participation in mock is available through existing leased line connectivity to DR site. Members connecting via internet (with RSA) may participate in this mock trading using their live (existing) SSL VPN ids through SSL VPN link https://trade.mcxindia.com . 

The connectivity details for the Mock Trading session of trading platform are provided in Annexure 1.

The Default password related details are provided in Annexure 2.

Members may please note that trades resulting from mock trading will not attract any obligation for pay-in and pay-out.

Members are requested to take note of the same.
