Revised formats for submission of applications
Highlights of NCDEX Circular dated October-15-2025
This is with reference to the Exchange Circular No. NCDEX/COMPLIANCE-051/2025 dated September 29, 2025, pertaining to the technology-based sharing mechanism for common submissions among exchanges. Pursuant to the provisions outlined under Phase II of the said circular, effective October 15, 2025, members of NSE who are also members of the other exchange(s) shall not be required to submit compliance reports/submissions listed in Annexure A of the said circular to other exchange(s) (BSE/MSE/MCX/NCDEX) with whom they are registered.
Accordingly, the Exchanges have jointly updated the formats for applications and supporting documents required for the submissions listed in the attachecd circular.

Members are hereby informed to refer the formats while submitting applications to the Exchange.
