Highlights of NCDEX Circular dated October-13-2025
This is with reference to Exchange circular no. NCDEX/COMPLIANCE-052/2025 dated October 01, 2025, wherein it is stated that members using Algorithm software are required to submit the information / data towards Artificial Intelligence (AI) / Machine Learning (ML) applications and systems offered and used by market intermediaries and Exchange circular no. NCDEX/COMPLIANCE-140/2023 dated December 13, 2023 issued on ‘Change in submission timeline for reporting of Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Machine Learning (ML) applications and systems offered and used by market intermediaries.’
Further please refer to Exchange Circular NCDEX/COMPLIANCE - 039/2025 dated July 18, 2025 wherein it was mention that, trading members who are also registered with the National Stock Exchange of India Ltd. (NSE) are required to submit their AIML details exclusively to NSE. Such members are not required to submit the same information separately to NCDEX.
However, trading members who are not registered with NSE must continue to submit their AIML details to NCDEX as per the existing process.
Members are hereby reminded to make the aforesaid submissions (if already not submitted) on or before October 15, 2025. The details are to be submitted through NCFE portal of the Exchange in below mentioned module:

The link for making submissions will remain open only till due date i.e. October 15, 2025.
Further please refer to Exchange Circular NCDEX/COMPLIANCE - 039/2025 dated July 18, 2025 wherein it was mention that, trading members who are also registered with the National Stock Exchange of India Ltd.
