NSE Circular on Status of Readiness and Compliance with Accessibility Requirements for Investor-Facing Digital Platforms – Submission Due Date March 31, 2026.

Highlights of  the Circular :

This is with reference to Exchange circulars ref. no. NSE/COMP/71706 dated December 9, 2025, NSE/COMP/70464 dated September 26, 2025, NSE/COMP/69938 dated September 01, 2025, NSE/COMP/69870 dated August 26, 2025, and NSE/COMP/69612 dated August 11, 2025, pertaining to Rights of Persons with Disabilities Act, 2016 and Rules made there under - Mandatory Compliance by all Regulated Entities.

As per SEBI Circular No. HO/13/19/13(2)2025-ITD-1_VIAP/I/187/2025 dated December 8, 2025, Trading Members are required to submit a status of their readiness and compliance to the accessibility requirements for their digital platforms latest by March 31, 2026, to the Exchange.

All the Trading Members are advised to submit the status of Digital Platforms in accordance with the process outlines in Annexure A on the ENIT portal under the path: ENIT -> NEW-Compliance -> Compliance -> Compliance with RPwD Act, 2016 -> RPwD Submission.
