NCDEX Circular on Reminder – Submission of System Audit Reports by the members of the Exchange

Highlights of the Circular :
This is with reference to the SEBI circular no. CIR/MRD/DMS/34/2013 dated November 6, 2013, SEBI/HO/MIRSD/TPD/CIR/2025/10 dated January 31, 2025 and Exchange circular NCDEX/MEMBER INSPECTION-012/2026 dated April 29, 2026 regarding System Audit of Trading Members.
Members are reminded to submit the aforesaid submission (if not submitted) on or before June 30, 2026 to avoid any disciplinary action. Non-submission / delayed submission shall attract penalty disciplinary actions as per aforesaid circular.
Members are required to note that only reports submitted through the NOSS Portal (https://noss.ncdex.com) will be deemed valid. For guidance, a detailed user manual titled ‘User Manual for Submission of System Audit Report’ is available for download in the ‘Downloads’ section of our website.
All members are advised to take note of the above and ensure compliance.
